These practices are essential tools for cultivating a healthy mindset and daily motivation, which are the foundation for a fulfilling and loving life. Having worked in these fields for over thirty years with thousands of people from diverse backgrounds, I’m excited to help you discover their transformative potential.
My Life
Following my adventurous life as a professional ballet dancer and choreographer at the Vienna State Opera and Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier, along with my graduation in Theatre, Art, and Communications, and my study of Psychotherapy, I shifted my focus toward understanding people and their well-being.
My Experience
Years of training in Yoga, Meditation, Shamanism, Reiki, Ayurveda, Gong, Kirtan, Sound Healing, Lu Jong, Pilates, and more enable me to help people overcome challenges and realize their authentic selves and purpose in life.
My Motto
If we all shine our lights, we will have a bright world!
About my Dance path
I discovered my passion for movement and dance at a young age (6 years) and pursued it by attending the ballet school of the Vienna State Opera and additional training in various locations, including Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes, New York, and London. Throughout my career, I have performed with the Vienna State Opera Ballet and the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier, gaining a lot of experience in classical (Petipa, Cranko, Nureyev…) and contemporary (Kylián, van Manen, Forsythe, Ek…) choreographies. To maintain my physical and mental health, I also dived deep into Yoga, Pilates, weight training, nutrition, and Ayurveda. I have taught for various organizations, including P.A.R.T.S, ImPulsTanz, Tanzquartier Wien, and choreographed for various companies, including the Vienna State Opera Ballet, Graz Ballet, New York City Ballet, Tanz die Toleranz, and Superar.
I am a firm believer that movement has a positive impact on all aspects of life, and I love sharing my passion for dance with people from diverse backgrounds and of all ages. Drawing on my training in community dance, I have led various social and participatory projects with children and young people, as well as creating choreographies for dance companies and performances in public spaces and theaters.
In addition, my experience working with older generations during my psychotherapy training and work at the Vienna House of Mercy inspired me to explore artistic engagement with dancers aged 60 and over. Through my group „Golden Groove,“ participants regularly benefit from the profound and revitalizing effects of movement and health sessions.
Move and Dance as if what you do makes a difference. It does.
